Issue: You want to view and have access to your open tickets

Requirements:

• Your CRG email address

Steps

1. Register for a HappyFox account on the customer portal by clicking here.
2. Enter the requested information 
   1. Enter your name
   2. Enter your company email address
   3. Check the box for reCAPTCHA
3. Click Submit
4. Check your inbox, you will receive a welcome email from Happy Fox. 
   1. NOTE: If you do not see an email inside your inbox, check the "Junk Email" folder
5. You will now have access to view all your open tickets
